Several trades working in the same area at once, with stacked materials, overhead work, equipment, and low clearances. Most of the controls are scheduling and coordination.

- MEP trades sharing a corridor ceiling
- Laydown areas next to active work
- Low beams, ducts, and pipes at head height
Controls, most effective first
Work down the list. Rely on PPE only for the risk the controls above it cannot remove.
